If you are a college student, a working professional, or someone stuck behind a desk dreaming of something bigger, and there is a fire in you to tell stories that matter, read this carefully.
The Rulers is a production house being built from zero. A real startup. We are going to make web series on the things most people are too scared to touch: scams, corruption, and the buried truths of Indian and world history. The stories that got rewritten, the names that got erased, the truths nobody put on screen.
We are not looking for someone to fill a chair. We are looking for someone to help us build the thing.
WHAT THE RULERS IS
We make web series and films with one rule: the truth, told well. Real scams. Real corruption. Real history, the version that actually happened. We turn the stories people whisper about into series people cannot stop watching.
We already have a team of genuinely knowledgeable filmmakers who know the craft. What we need now is someone to lead the creative vision and turn raw fire into finished, watchable, unforgettable work.
THE ROLE
As Chief Creative Officer, you own the creative soul of The Rulers. You set the vision, you shape the slate of series and films, and you make sure every frame we ship hits hard and stays honest.
This is a founding-team role. You will have a blank canvas, a team that knows filmmaking, and the freedom to build something from scratch. With that comes real ownership and real pressure. If you want comfortable, this is not it. If you want to build, keep reading.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will lead the creative direction across every series and film The Rulers produces. You will develop and greenlight ideas, decide which stories we tell and how we tell them, and protect the standard from script to final cut.
You will work hands-on with writers, directors, and editors. You will research deeply so our stories on scams, corruption, and history are accurate and undeniable. And you will help build the creative team and the culture around it as we grow.
WHO WE WANT
We want someone who lives and breathes storytelling. Whether you learned it in film school, on YouTube, or by shooting on a borrowed phone, what matters is the work and the fire behind it.
You should have a strong point of view on what makes a story land, a hunger to tell truths that others avoid, and the discipline to ship. Leadership instincts matter, because you will be guiding a team. Most of all, you need the drive to build something from nothing and stay in the fight when it gets hard.
Formal experience is welcome but not the gatekeeper. A working professional with a track record, a college student with undeniable talent, a self-taught filmmaker with a reel that speaks for itself: all of you are invited to apply.

This is a startup, so we are honest about it: early on this is more mission than paycheck. Compensation and equity will be discussed openly based on your experience and the role you take on.
