🚀 Hiring: Chief Compliance Officer to Join a fast-growing private equity platform based in GIFT City, Ahmedabad
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented finance leader to oversee corporate finance, accounting, and compliance across our organization and portfolio companies.
📑What You’ll Do:
- Lead finance, accounting and compliance functions.
- Supervise accounts, audits and due diligence.
- Ensure compliance with GIFT City & IFSC regulations.
- Manage investor communications, tax planning, payroll, cash flow and HR operations.
- Implement strong internal controls and risk management.
💼Who You Are:
- CA with 1st attempt success and 3–4 years’ experience (Big 4 audit/advisory or CFO in services).
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership.
