We're Hiring: Chief Compliance Officer (CXO Level)
Building the future of secured lending, and we want Compliance at the foundation, not as an afterthought.
One of our group companies is foraying into the lending space, and we have submitted our proposal for registration with the regulator. With a digital-first approach to secured retail lending, our core belief is simple but powerful: investors should never be forced to sell their investments to access liquidity. Through our Loan Against Securities (LAS) offering, we help individuals unlock the value of their portfolios, so they can meet their financial needs while their wealth continues to grow undisturbed.
We don't see compliance as a checkbox. We see it as the founding stone on which we build everything. That's why we're looking for our Chief Compliance Officer before we look for growth, because sustainable growth only comes from a strong regulatory foundation.
What we're looking for:
A seasoned compliance professional who brings deep expertise in financial regulation with particular command over the NBFC regulatory landscape. Someone who has navigated RBI frameworks, understands the nuances of secured lending, and can translate complex regulation into clear, actionable guardrails for a fast-moving digital business.
This isn't a support function. This is a leadership seat at the table.
You would be ideal if you have:
- Significant experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory affairs within NBFCs or the broader financial services ecosystem
- Strong working knowledge of RBI regulations, NBFC-specific guidelines, KYC/AML frameworks, and digital lending norms
- The ability to build compliance infrastructure from the ground up: policies, processes, reporting, and culture
- A collaborative mindset that partners with business teams rather than operating in isolation
- The conviction that doing things right and doing them fast are not mutually exclusive
