We’re looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to join Kshemam.health as a founding team member.
India’s 150M elderly population deserves better care — and we’ve built the platform to deliver it. Kshemam is a fully deployed senior care management system with 300+ real users, 50,000+ hours of wearable health data, and new clinical insights generated every day. The MVP works. Now we need a commercial leader to take it to market.
This is an equity-first, founding-team role for someone based in India who has deep relationships in senior care, hospitals, or healthtech — and who wants to build something that matters. If you’ve closed institutional deals, led GTM from scratch, and thrive without a playbook, we’d love to talk.
