An award-winning hospitality group with a strong footprint in the upscale business hotel segment is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the next phase of its growth journey.
With 17 operating hotels and an ambitious expansion pipeline expected to double the portfolio in the near future, the group is now strategically expanding into the leisure hospitality space while continuing to strengthen its reputation for boutique service standards, design-led experiences, and operational excellence.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the CEO and Managing Director in shaping the commercial future of a fast-growing Indian hospitality brand.
The Opportunity
The Chief Commercial Officer will lead the overall commercial strategy for the group, driving topline performance across Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Distribution, and Brand Positioning.
The role demands a commercially mature hospitality leader who can balance strategic thinking with executional rigor — someone capable of building scalable commercial systems while preserving the character and individuality of the brand.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in:
- Maximizing revenue performance across existing assets
- Building commercial readiness for rapid expansion
- Strengthening brand visibility and market positioning
- Driving direct business and distribution optimization
- Creating high-performance commercial teams and culture
- Supporting the transition into leisure and mixed-market hospitality segments
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall commercial strategy for the hotel portfolio
- Oversee Sales, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Distribution, and Loyalty initiatives
- Drive RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall profitability performance
- Build strong corporate, travel trade, MICE, and strategic partnerships
- Lead pricing, forecasting, and demand optimization strategies
- Enhance direct booking contribution and digital commercial performance
- Work closely with Operations and Finance to align commercial strategy with business goals
- Support new hotel openings, repositioning projects, and market entry strategies
- Build scalable systems, processes, and reporting structures suitable for a rapidly expanding portfolio
- Mentor and develop commercial leadership talent across the organization
Ideal Profile
- Senior commercial leadership experience within hospitality
- Strong exposure to multi-property commercial management
- Deep understanding of revenue strategy, sales leadership, digital channels, and hotel marketing
- Experience with upscale and/or boutique hospitality brands preferred
- Exposure to both business and leisure segments would be advantageous
- Strong strategic orientation combined with operational execution capability
- High level of ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, and leadership maturity
- Ability to work closely with promoters and leadership teams in a fast-growth environment
