Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Chief Clinical Director. The role involves overseeing clinical programs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. Key responsibilities include providing clinical supervision, developing and implementing therapy strategies, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, and supporting staff in addressing client needs. The Chief Clinical Director will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with current standards and driving operational efficiency within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Expertise in Clinical Supervision and Mental Health
- In-depth knowledge of Psychology and evidence-based practices
- Experience in managing and supporting teams in clinical and therapeutic settings
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, or a related field, BCBA / QBA / IBA
- License or certification as required by relevant regulatory bodies
- Prior experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is highly desirable
