A Successful Chief Business Officer Should Have
- 18+ years of FMCG/Food industry experience with strong sales & business leadership exposure
- Strong General Trade experience along with MT/E-commerce/Exports exposure
- Proven track record of scaling FMCG brands/businesses nationally
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
- Entrepreneurial, execution-driven leader comfortable in high-growth environments
- Experience handling large teams and multi-channel operations
