Role Details
Job Title : Chief Business Officer (CBO)
Manager: CEO STL
Location- Gurgaon
Experience: 14-18 Years experience in sales, BD, strategic accounts, or business leadership roles in Telecom, Energy, Data Centre, Automobiles, Power or related sectors.
Key Job Responsibilities
- ✓ Drive overall business strategy, revenue growth, and new market expansion.
- ✓ Lead sales, business development, and strategic account functions.
- ✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise and telecom clients.
- ✓ Identify new business opportunities and drive end-to-end go-to-market plans.
- ✓ Manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics.
- ✓ Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, operators, and channel partners.
- ✓ Lead contract negotiations and high-value commercial proposals.
- ✓ Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- ✓ Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business sustainability.
