Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Business Officer based in Noida. The Chief Business Officer will oversee business strategy development, drive growth initiatives, and lead business development efforts. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, forming and managing partnerships, assessing financial risks, and ensuring sustainable business practices. The role entails leading consulting activities, managing client relationships, and aligning organizational goals with market demands to achieve long-term success.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessment, forecasting, and decision-making
- Expertise in Finance, including financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation
- Proficiency in Business Development and identifying market expansion opportunities
- Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting with a proven track record of problem-solving
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic thinking and a results-driven approach to meeting organizational objectives
- A master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field; a background in finance or economics is a plus
- Prior experience in a leadership or executive role is highly desirable
