Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Chief Business Officer, based in Mumbai. The Chief Business Officer will lead strategies to drive commercial growth, oversee business development activities, and identify market opportunities. Responsibilities include managing financial planning, attracting investment opportunities, and establishing strong partnerships. The role also involves steering consulting initiatives to optimize organizational performance, fostering client relationships, and providing leadership to cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
🔹 What You Will Drive:
✔ Enterprise revenue growth across license, implementation & support services
✔ Large-ticket enterprise deals (₹50L to multi-crore engagements)
✔ Strategic CXO relationships across BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, E-commerce & Manufacturing
✔ DPDP-focused GTM strategy and market positioning
✔ Partnerships with System Integrators, Consulting & Legal Firms
✔ High-performance enterprise sales team building & leadership
✔ Long-term customer expansion, renewals & strategic account growth
🔹 Ideal Experience:
✅ 12–20+ years in Enterprise B2B Sales (SaaS / Cybersecurity / Compliance / GRC / Privacy Tech)
✅ Proven success in closing large enterprise deals
✅ Strong CXO engagement & consultative selling expertise
✅ Experience in Privacy Tech / DPDP / GDPR / Cybersecurity preferred
✅ Strong commercial negotiation & strategic sales capability
