Role Overview
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and execution-driven Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead Creuto’s commercial growth globally.
This role goes beyond traditional sales leadership. You will work directly with the CEO to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, market positioning, enterprise expansion, and AI product commercialization.
You should be comfortable closing high-value deals, building strategic relationships, creating scalable growth systems, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth Strategy
- Own and drive overall revenue growth across services and AI product lines
- Develop scalable commercial strategies aligned with company goals
- Build forecasting models, pricing frameworks, and growth plans
- Identify high-potential market opportunities and expansion channels
Client Acquisition & Enterprise Sales
- Build and manage a strong outbound and inbound sales pipeline
- Lead strategic client conversations and high-value deal closures
- Develop relationships with founders, CTOs, product leaders, and enterprise stakeholders
- Create scalable and repeatable sales processes
Market Positioning & Brand Strategy
- Position Creuto as a premium AI and product engineering partner globally
- Refine messaging, GTM narratives, and commercial storytelling
- Drive thought leadership initiatives across AI and digital transformation
- Support brand visibility through partnerships, content, and strategic initiatives
Strategic Partnerships
- Build relationships with VC firms, startup ecosystems, cloud providers, AI platforms, and innovation networks
- Create strategic referral and distribution partnerships
- Identify collaboration opportunities that accelerate growth
AI Product Commercialization
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to launch and scale AI products
- Define pricing, positioning, market entry, and customer acquisition strategies
- Support product-market fit validation and monetization planning
Client Success & Expansion
- Maintain strong executive relationships with key clients
- Drive retention, expansion revenue, and long-term customer value
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts
Team Building & Leadership
- Build and scale the commercial organization over time
- Recruit and mentor high-performing business development and partnerships talent
- Establish a strong execution-focused culture
Requirements
Required
- Experience in business development, growth, partnerships, or commercial leadership within AI, SaaS, product engineering, digital consultancy, or technology services companies
- Proven ability to close high-value technology deals
- Strong understanding of AI, software development, and digital products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to operate hands-on in fast-moving startup environments
- Strong ownership mentality and execution focus
Preferred
- Founder or startup operator experience
- Existing network within startup, VC, or technology ecosystems
- Experience scaling services businesses and product revenue
- Exposure to AI-native business models and automation systems
- Understanding of product-led growth strategies
- Thought leadership presence in AI, SaaS, or digital transformation
