Hiring: Chief Business Officer (CBO) – Multi-Brand Growth & P&L
Location: Noida / Bangalore
Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Chief Business Officer (CBO) who can drive commercial growth, portfolio-level prioritization, and business accountability across a fast-scaling multi-brand ecosystem.
This is not a pure sales role.
This is not a title-only strategy role.
We want someone who can own business performance across brands, align teams around revenue priorities, improve decision-making with numbers, and convert strategy into execution.
Our ecosystem spans app, website, commerce, education, content, and digital services. We need a leader who can think at portfolio level and operate with strong commercial depth.
What you will do
- Own business growth and commercial performance across multiple brands and revenue lines
- Drive brand-wise revenue targets, growth plans, and business priorities
- Lead portfolio-level decision making on where to push, fix, scale, or pause
- Build strong weekly and monthly business review systems across brands
- Work closely with business heads, marketing, product, finance, tech, and operations teams to improve outcomes
- Identify and fix growth bottlenecks across acquisition, conversion, monetization, retention, and repeat revenue
- Improve business planning, forecasting, target setting, and execution tracking
- Drive sharper resource allocation across teams, budgets, and growth opportunities
- Support launch planning, offer strategy, category pushes, and monetization initiatives
- Build a stronger culture of accountability, commercial thinking, and number-led execution
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion bets with strong business judgment
What we are looking for
- 10 to 18+ years of relevant experience in business leadership, commercial leadership, general management, or P&L ownership roles
- Strong experience in consumer internet, D2C, digital products, edtech, app businesses, commerce, or multi-business environments
- Proven track record of owning revenue, growth, and business performance, not just one function
- Strong P&L understanding and commercial judgment
- Ability to manage complexity across multiple brands, teams, and business models
- Strong data orientation with ability to convert numbers into decisions
- High ownership, execution focus, and ability to challenge teams constructively
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
Preferred
- Experience in multi-brand, multi-category, or portfolio-led business environments
- Experience scaling both digital and commerce-led businesses
- Strong track record in target setting, forecasting, GTM planning, and business turnaround
- Candidates with operator mindset and proven execution depth preferred over presentation-heavy profiles
