Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chennai for a Chief Business Development Officer. In this role, you will lead and strategize business development efforts, identify market opportunities, and oversee sales initiatives to drive growth. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, developing and negotiating partnerships, crafting strategic plans, and optimizing financial resources for sustainable business expansion. As a key leader, you will collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve the company's strategic goals and elevate its market position.

- Proficiency in Market Research and identifying new opportunities
- Strong background in Finance and resource allocation for business growth
- Proven expertise in Sales and client relationship management
- Experience in Strategic Planning and setting long-term organizational goals
- Excellence in Business Development and driving organizational expansion
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- A results-driven approach with the ability to work effectively on-site
- Advanced degree in Business Management, Finance, or a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in technology or innovation-driven industries is a strong advantage
