Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Jaipur for a Chief Business Development Officer. The role involves leading business growth initiatives, overseeing strategic planning, building and expanding strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Key responsibilities include performing market research, managing sales operations, developing business strategies, and identifying opportunities for financial growth and investment.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise at least 8-10 years of experience in Market Research and Business Development to identify, analyze, and capture new opportunities for growth.
- Strong skills in Finance and Strategic Planning for developing and executing business strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Experience in Sales and building robust client relationships to drive revenue generation and market expansion.
- Leadership and team management skills to effectively guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- Experience in the luxury goods or high-end interiors industry is an advantage.
- Adaptability and a strategic mindset with a proven ability to succeed in dynamic market environments.
