Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Chief Business Development Executive to lead strategic partnerships, market expansion, investor outreach, and international business growth initiatives across Europe and global markets.
This is a founding-stage leadership opportunity for professionals interested in building and scaling a deep-tech company alongside the core team.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic business development and growth initiatives
Build partnerships with infrastructure, mining, industrial, and technology companies
Identify new markets, clients, and commercial opportunities
Support investor relations and strategic collaborations
Develop enterprise outreach and partnership pipelines
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings
Work closely with founders on long-term growth strategy
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or startup leadership
Strong networking and communication skills
Interest in AI, infrastructure technology, industrial IoT, mining tech, or engineering sectors
Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset
International business exposure is an advantage
Compensation Structure
This is currently an equity-based leadership role designed for individuals who want to be part of an early-stage startup journey.
