Role Description
The Chief AI Transformation Officer will lead the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies across business functions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Responsibilities include identifying AI opportunities, developing implementation roadmaps, overseeing AI-driven projects, and fostering innovation within the organization. The role entails collaboration with leadership, IT teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abroad.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in AI technologies, machine learning, deep learning, and data science methodologies.
- Experience in strategic planning, project management, and AI transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams, change management, and organizational transformation.
- Knowledge of immigration consultancy processes and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required; additional certifications in AI or data analytics are advantageous.
