Role OverviewWe are hiring for senior and leadership roles:
- Chief AI Officer (CAIO)
- AI Senior Scientist / Principal AI Engineer
- Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) Specialist
- Robotics / Embodied AI Research Engineer
Location: New Delhi (On-site)
These roles focus on end-to-end AI system development, from research and architecture to deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop advanced AI/ML systems for:
- Behavioral prediction
- Decision-support systems
- Personality-driven interactions
- Build and optimize models across:
- NLP and multimodal systems
- Reinforcement learning / agent-based systems
- Predictive analytics pipelines
- Develop frameworks for:
- Human-AI interaction
- Human-robot interaction (HRI)
- Simulation environments and intelligent agents
- Translate research into production-ready systems
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and research teams
- (For leadership roles) Define AI strategy, guide teams, and drive execution
Required QualificationsTechnical Skills- Strong foundation in:
- Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python
- PyTorch / TensorFlow
- Model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Behavioral modeling / predictive systems
- NLP or conversational AI
- Reinforcement learning / simulation systems
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or HRI
Experience- Proven experience building real-world AI systems (research or production)
- Ability to work across research and engineering
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
Education- Master’s or PhD in:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Machine Learning
- Robotics
- Computer Science
- Human-Computer Interaction
OR equivalent industry experience
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with:
- Emotional AI or behavioral intelligence systems
- Multi-agent or simulation-based environments
- Large-scale AI system design
- Publications, patents, or impactful shipped products
- Experience in environments similar to:
- Google
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Meta
- Tesla
- Microsoft
- Amazon
