Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Swastish Enterprises Limited. The CFO will manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and growth initiatives. Daily activities include monitoring cash flow, reviewing financial statements and reports, and optimizing capital structure and investment decisions. The role involves leading the finance team, establishing robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, and partnering with executive leadership on business strategy and risk management. The CFO will also support project financial evaluations, liaise with banks, auditors, and stakeholders, and contribute to performance improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making and strategic financial analysis.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance, along with significant senior-level finance leadership experience.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting to manage budgets, forecasts, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements to ensure accurate accounting and transparent financial communication.
- Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams, implement internal controls, manage risk, and work closely with executive leadership.
- Experience in infrastructure, energy, or engineering services sectors is advantageous, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
