We are currently looking for a Full Time EAM Application Support to join our Area of Procurement 1 team .
Summary:
This position is responsible for oversight and functionality of the EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) application. The activity will include but not be limited to working with internal and external customers on Chickasaw Nation processes related to EAM, developing reports, analyzing data, evaluating business efficiencies with the use of EAM application, implement functional changes, perform data cleansing, train end users, manage projects related to EAM, support end users and work with Chickasaw Nation IT to insure system updates are completed, and verification for user setup.

* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types

* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Serves as functional support for Infor EAM application within CNDC and provides oversight to EAM
functional leaders at facilities. Sets up code tables, ensures data integrity, develops KPI’s and
Inboxes, and systematically enforces business processes with flex SQL
* Develops and implements application optimization for business process requirements. Gathers
information from EAM users to improve application functionality. Develops plans for system
improvements for management approval and implements approved changes
* Establishes appropriate access, permissions, and menus are in place for all users based on
information provided by IT
* Ensures appropriate status authorizations, inboxes, KPI’s and reports are accessible to appropriate
users
* Coordinates with IT for installs, upgrades, patches, database refreshes, and system configuration
changes for EAM application
* Coordinates with IT on interfaces with the EAM application and develops business requirements and
technical scope for interface changes or new interfaces
* Develops reports for end users using Cognos Report Net (Advanced Reporting) and makes reports
available to appropriate users based on knowledge or systems reporting functionality
* Analyzes data for accuracy in order to give feedback to management for suggested improvements
* Develops end user training documentation and provides training. Coordinates training for advanced
users and new functionality during upgrades
* Coordinates the resolution of all issues with EAM system
* Performs all other duties as assigned

* knowledge of supply chain management best practices, budgeting, and logistics practices and how they relate to EAM
* Organizes work and assigned area logically and orderly
* Excellent project management skills
* Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management
Skills:
Essential:
* Ability to write Flex SQL, inboxes, KPI queries and tabular SQL for Cognos. MS SQL knowledge preferrable
* Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
