Summary:
Performs detailed administrative tasks and functions to assure an accurate and timely flow of information needed for prudent administrative decisions. Responsible for assisting customers on behalf of the Office of the Gaming Commissioner. Responsible for distributing internally confidential documentation and information on behalf of the Office of the Gaming Commissioner.

* Develops and performs detailed administrative tasks and functions to assure an accurate and timely flow of information needed for prudent administrative decisions
* Enter, records, stores, and maintains information in written and/or electronic form
* Enter, records, stores, and maintains information accurately and in a secure manner
* Receives and assists gaming applicants with application, forms, and gaming data information
* Conducts thorough background employment and personal reference checks as required for gaming applicants to maintain compliance
* Submit gaming license and permit verification requests as directed
* Receive and respond to gaming license and permit verification requests from outside agencies
* As directed, submit electronic fingerprints to maintain compliance
* Maintains and updates departmental databases daily
* Maintain and update gaming license databases that affect the gaming license
* Processes gaming badges for eligible applicants
* Maintains and updates files for all gaming license and permits to maintain compliance
* Maintain office coverage and schedule visitors as needed
* Prepares labels and certified mailings as needed
* Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
* Prepares ad hoc reports
* Performs all other duties as assigned
