Job Description

At Chick-fil-A East Washington Street, the Restaurant Care Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for both our guests and team. This position goes beyond cleaning—it’s about taking pride in the space, supporting food safety, and ensuring every part of the restaurant reflects the Chick-fil-A standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the entire restaurant
• Complete all dishwashing responsibilities efficiently and thoroughly
• Ensure restrooms are consistently clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Clean and maintain dining areas, windows, and high-touch surfaces
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the restaurant
• Manage trash and waste areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
• Support food safety standards and sanitation practices at all times
• Execute opening and closing cleaning duties with precision
• Stay aligned with Chick-fil-A standards, procedures, and cleanliness expectations
• Work independently while communicating effectively with leadership
