Key Responsibilities
- Food preparation- Slice, wash and chop fresh produce for salads, wraps and side items
- Menu item assembly- Prepare items such as fruit cups, parfaits and cold catering items.
- Food safety and sanitation- Follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures including proper labeling, dating and storage of ingredients
- Cleanliness- Maintain a clean, organized work area by washing dishes, cleaning equipment and sweeping floors.
- Support team members with food preparation tasks as needed
