Opening Front of House Operations Supervisor (external)
Pay Range: $19-$21/hour
Vision:
The Opening Operations Supervisor is a full-time leadership role responsible for guiding team members throughout opening - 2 PM hours of operation. This position oversees either the kitchen or hospitality areas and ensures smooth transitions during both opening shifts.
The Operations Supervisor leads by example—supporting team members, serving guests, and managing operations from start to finish. They are accountable for executing systems that uphold our commitment to delivering a Stream of Remarkable Experiences through exceptional organization, consistent execution, and genuine care.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure shifts are run efficiently Monday-Saturday
2. Continuously improve and innovate shift supervision
3. Training and developing newly hired and current team members
4. Communication with other Shift Leaders
5. Leading the team in providing a remarkable experience for guests
6. Assigning team members to their daily tasks and goals
7. Holding themselves and team members on their shift accountable to the BASICs
8. Ensuring that we meet our labor and SOS goals
