Talent Director
At Chick-fil-A Centre Pointe, the Talent Director is responsible for leading all aspects of talent strategy, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and team member development. This role is critical to building and sustaining a high-performing team by ensuring we attract, select, and develop the right people for the business.
The Talent Director partners closely with Operations Leaders to align staffing, performance, and culture with the needs of the restaurant. While this role is focused on people and systems, all Administrative Leaders are trained in operations and are expected to support the business during peak times and as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes to build a strong team
- Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires are set up for success
- Develop and maintain systems for staffing, scheduling alignment, and retention
- Coach and support leaders in team development, accountability, and performance
- Manage HR-related processes, communication, and team member experience
- Analyze staffing needs and partner with leadership to plan for growth
- Support restaurant operations as needed to maintain flow and standards

Role Development:
This position is designed as a leadership role with a defined growth path. During the first several months, the Talent Director will be trained to take ownership of all talent and HR systems, with the goal of independently leading the department and supporting the long-term growth of the business.
