We’re looking for Dining Room Hosts who thrive on serving others, building relationships, and creating a clean, comfortable space where guests feel cared for.
About This Role
As a Dining Room Host, you are the face of hospitality inside the restaurant. You’ll spend your time engaging with guests, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, and stepping in to support the team wherever needed.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on their feet, staying busy, and making a real impact on the guest experience.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $13–$15/hour (based on experience and availability)
We’re hiring for all shifts:
- AM Shift: starting at 5:00 AM
- Mid Shift: starting at 10:00 AM
- Evening Shift: starting at 3:00 PM
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Full-time: 30–40 hours/week (not guaranteed)
- Part-time: 10–30 hours/week (varies by availability and business needs)
- Saturday availability required
What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
- Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest
- Build genuine connections through conversation and attentive service
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room at all times
- Clean and restock restrooms to ensure a positive guest experience
- Clear tables, collect trash, and refresh the dining space
- Anticipate guest needs (refills, condiments, high chairs, etc.)
- Support front counter or other positions when needed
- Represent Chick-fil-A’s hospitality standards with excellence

- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (I-9 required)
- Willing to obtain a Food Handler Certificate
- Willing to wear non-slip, oil-resistant shoes
- Available Saturdays and flexible scheduling
- Able to work holidays and peak seasons
