<strong>⭐ ROLE SUMMARY<br></strong><br>
</div><div>The Head Coach is responsible for <strong>full store leadership</strong>: people, performance, profitability, and guest experience. You’ll coach the team, protect the brand, maintain systems, and ensure Chick’n Out delivers elite food and service every day.<br><br>

<strong>Team Leadership & Culture<br></strong><br>

<li>Lead, coach, and develop all FOH/BOH team members</li>
<li>Build a positive, high‑energy culture rooted in respect and accountability</li>
<li>Conduct ongoing training, performance check‑ins, and corrective coaching</li>
<li>Ensure all staff follow Chick’n Out standards, recipes, and service expectations</li>

<strong>Daily Operations<br></strong><br>

<li>Oversee all opening, mid‑shift, and closing procedures</li>
<li>Maintain food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness</li>
<li>Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations</li>
<li>Manage inventory, ordering, waste control, and product rotation</li>
<li>Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed</li>

<strong>Guest Experience<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Deliver a warm, fun, memorable guest experience every shift</li>
<li>Resolve guest issues with professionalism and hospitality</li>
<li>Monitor service flow and adjust staffing or stations as needed</li>
<li>Ensure online orders, catering, and dine‑in service run smoothly</li>

<strong>Financial & Administrative<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage labor to target using scheduling tools and real‑time adjustments</li>
<li>Monitor food cost, waste, and portioning to protect profitability</li>
<li>Complete daily/weekly paperwork, deposits, and reporting</li>
<li>Support payroll accuracy (timecards, approvals, corrections)</li>
<li>Execute marketing promotions and seasonal menu rollouts</li>

<strong>Staffing & Scheduling<br></strong><br>

<li>Recruit, interview, and hire strong team members</li>
<li>Build weekly schedules that balance labor targets and team needs</li>
