📢 Hiring: FIDE-Rated Online Chess Coach | Krrid Academy
We are actively hiring a FIDE-rated Chess Coach to conduct online sessions for our global student base (including India, the UAE, and the US).
Compensation & Commitment:
• Remuneration: ₹300 to ₹350 per class.
• Commitment: 3 to 4 hours per day, minimum 5-6 days per week.
Required Profile & Qualifications:
• FIDE Credentials: An official, recognized FIDE rating is a strict requirement.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience in structured chess coaching.
• Communication Skills: Absolute fluency in English is mandatory.
• Pedagogical Approach: Ability to translate complex chess mechanics into engaging lessons for students aged 4 to 18.
Core Responsibilities:
• Conducting high-quality, interactive online chess classes.
• Developing students' strategic understanding, opening repertoires, and endgame techniques.
• Systematically monitoring progress and maintaining consistent communication with parents.
