Job Summary: At Mini Maarvel, we view Chess as "Sports for the Brain." We need a coach who can move beyond rote memorization of moves and teach strategy, patience, and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured chess sessions ranging from "Basics of the Board" to "Advanced Openings."
- Prepare students for inter-school, ZP, and district-level tournaments.
- Create engaging mini-games (e.g., Pawn Wars) to keep younger kids interested.
- Track individual student progress and provide feedback to parents.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in competitive chess
- .Previous experience coaching in schools or private academies
- .Extreme patience and the ability to handle a classroom of young, energetic minds
