Qualifications

- Customer-service mindset with the ability to de-escalate situations
- Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
- Ability to remain alert and on your feet throughout a full shift
- Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, professional presence that deters risk and instills confidence
- Monitor assigned areas and report suspicious activity or safety concerns promptly
- Enforce site access control policies with consistency and courtesy
- Respond to incidents calmly and in accordance with post orders and company protocols
- Serve as a professional representative in all interactions with clients, tenants, and visitors
- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed shift logs
Schedule & compensation
- Schedule: Full-time shifts available; days, evenings, and overnight
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
