Design and implement aligned coaching systems in collaboration with department colleagues;

Facilitate dedicated coaching cycles with employees, incorporating goal alignment, intentional professional learning, reflective dialogue, success criteria, actionable feedback, and documented growth grounded in evidence-based instructional practices;

Remain current on effective coaching practices and implement coaching cycles that consistently yield high-value outcomes through a guaranteed coaching model and framework.

Design, facilitate, and support strategic, job-related professional development and professional learning to build capacity in individuals and employee groups

Partner in the implementation of division-wide professional development events, learning communities, and collaborative networks that promote continuous improvement;
-
Analyze feedback and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of professional learning experiences and adjust support accordingly;
-
Partner with teachers in their classrooms, offer insights for enhancement of teaching-learning, and model lessons for teachers that demonstrate instructional best practices;
-
Partner with school leaders in supporting identified instructional priorities and professional learning needs;
-
Serve as lead and/or point of contact for select department and division-wide collaborative projects;
-
Assist employees with identifying, disaggregating, analyzing, and interpreting data to measure and improve student achievement and/or program effectiveness;

Keep data/measures of impact to help educators reflect on and optimize their practices;

Remain continuously up-to-date on educational and technology research;

Perform other duties as assigned.

Present material to a diverse educational audience;

The work environment is primarily indoors, with moderate noise and temperature levels; the employee is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions;

The work requires exertion of up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and negligible force constantly to move objects;

The position requires travel to support multiple employees across schools and departments throughout the division;

Work involves climbing, lifting, and performing fine motor tasks (fingering);
-
Vocal communication is required to exchange ideas verbally;
-
Hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken levels;

Visual acuity is required to prepare, review, and analyze written or digital-based data.
