Graduate of accredited practical/vocational nursing program. Must have Oklahoma LPN or multistate LPN accepted by OBN, BLS required, ACLS required (90 days to obtain unless Jack Brown Center), possible PALS/NIHSS/dysrhythmia, must pass background checks and comply with HIPAA.
