Responsibilities

• Engage in outbound calls to connect with potential customers, effectively promoting and assisting them in navigating our diverse credit and finance products.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the fintech and lending ecosystems to highlight the unique advantages of CheQ's offerings compared to competitors.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products, addressing customer queries with finesse.
• Cultivate and nurture positive customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.
• Provide precise information about our products/services, including pricing and promotions.
• Strive for continuous improvement in key performance indicators related to sales and revenue.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 1 year, with a grasp of the Fintech and Lending environments.
• Proven track record in telesales, focusing on Edtech, Fintech, Lending, or Insurance products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Successful track record as a sales representative.
• Ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate product and service details to prospects, with proficiency in relevant languages, with English & Hindi being mandatory, along with any one regional language.
• Self-driven and highly motivated.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle and resolve issues and complaints effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
