We are seeking passionate and innovative Product Interns to join our Growth & Customer Experience Team. This internship is designed for pre-final/final year undergraduate students and MBA candidates who are eager to learn about product management in a fast-paced fintech environment while contributing to real growth challenges and customer experience improvements. If you're curious, creative, and customer-obsessed, we want to hear from you! What you'll be doing We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin. As an Associate Product Intern for Growth & Customer Experience, you will: Growth Analysis & Insights: Analyze user behavior data, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and present actionable insights to the product team. Customer Experience Mapping: Shadow customer experience journeys and identify friction points, contributing fresh perspectives on how to enhance the overall user experience. Cross-Pod Projects: Work on specific projects that require coordination across different pods (engineering, design, marketing, data), helping you understand how cross-functional collaboration drives growth outcomes. Experiment Support: Assist in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and product experiments aimed at improving key growth metrics and customer satisfaction. User Feedback Collection: Help gather, organize, and analyze user feedback from multiple channels, translating customer pain points into potential product solutions. Growth Metric Tracking: Support the team in tracking and visualizing critical growth and experience metrics, creating dashboards that enable data-driven decision making. Creative Problem-Solving: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, lateral thinking approaches to solving persistent growth and experience challenges. What You'll need: Like us, you'll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in fintech and emerging technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation & familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
