We are seeking a creative and customer-obsessed Associate Product Manager to join our Growth & Customer Experience Team. This role is perfect for innovative problem-solvers with 0-2 years of experience who can think outside the box, seamlessly navigate cross-functional teams, and have an unwavering passion for enhancing user experiences that drive explosive growth. What you'll be doing We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin. As an Associate Product Manager for Growth & Customer Experience, you will: Cross-Pod Collaboration: Work fluidly across multiple pods (engineering, design, marketing, data) to identify growth opportunities and execute on high-impact initiatives that increase acquisition, activation, retention, and referral metrics. Customer Journey Mapping: Develop comprehensive user journey maps to identify friction points and growth opportunities across the entire customer lifecycle, turning insights into actionable product enhancements. Experiment Design & Execution: Design, prioritize, and execute rapid experiments to optimize conversion funnels and user engagement, with a focus on data-driven decision making. User Feedback Loops: Establish systematic ways to collect, analyze, and translate user feedback into product improvements that significantly enhance the customer experience. Growth Metric Ownership: Own specific growth metrics, develop hypotheses for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that move the needle. Customer Experience Innovation: Identify innovative ways to surprise and delight users through product interventions that transform routine financial transactions into memorable experiences. Lateral Thinking: Challenge conventional thinking and develop creative product solutions that drive growth while maintaining or enhancing the customer experience What You'll need: Like us, you'll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field within a fintech or technology company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. A strong interest in fintech and payments, with a desire to stay updated on industry trends and innovations. Proactive and self-motivated, with a high level of ownership and responsibility is a strong plus
