We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our Payments Product Team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about fintech and eager to contribute to the development and success of our payment products.
**Requirements**
We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin:
* Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform product decisions and strategies.
* Product Roadmap Development : Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
* Feature Prioritization : Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market insights, and business objectives.
* Collaboration : Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
* User Stories and Prototypes : Translate product requirements into detailed user stories and prototypes, ensuring clarity and alignment with the development team.
* Product Evangelism: Act as a product champion, effectively communicating product vision, benefits, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
**What you’ll need**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 0- 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field within a fintech or technology company.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
* A strong interest in fintech and payments, with a desire to stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a high level of ownership and responsibility.
