Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chemistry Teacher TGT/PGT role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves planning and delivering high-quality lessons, preparing course materials, and providing individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. The teacher will also play an active role in fostering students' interest in Chemistry by utilizing effective teaching strategies, enhancing their practical skills, and assessing their progress through regular evaluations. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in school activities and events are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Chemistry Education, with proficiency in teaching topics related to Physics and Chemistry.
- Proven ability in Lesson Planning, including the creation of engaging, curriculum-aligned teaching materials.
- Exceptional Teaching and Communication skills to foster a productive and inclusive learning environment.
- Relevant teaching experience and/or certifications, such as a degree in Chemistry or a related field and a B.Ed. qualification, are highly preferred.
- Passion for teaching, mentorship, and the ability to inspire students toward academic excellence.
