Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chemistry Teacher at Shanti Devi Inter College, located in Karwi. The Chemistry Teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons in Chemistry, designing lesson plans, and fostering a stimulating learning environment. Additional day-to-day tasks include monitoring student progress, supporting their academic growth, maintaining classroom discipline, and effectively communicating with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Chemistry Education and a solid understanding of fundamental and advanced concepts in Chemistry
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to create structured and engaging curricula
- Effective Communication skills and the ability to engage with students, parents, and fellow staff members professionally and empathetically
- Teaching experience and a passion for inspiring and educating young minds
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field
- Ability to effectively integrate physics or interdisciplinary approaches into teaching is a plus
