Job Summary
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced IIT Chemistry Faculty to teach students of Grades 11 and 12, preparing them for board exams and competitive exams like IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced). The candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic) for Grades 11 & 12.
- Prepare students for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) and other competitive exams.
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum and exam patterns.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and performance analysis.
- Provide concept clarity, problem-solving techniques, and shortcut methods.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and question banks.
- Track and monitor student progress and provide individual guidance.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
- Stay updated with latest exam patterns and syllabus changes.
- Participate in academic planning, parent meetings, and school activities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry (preferred).
- B.Ed. is an added advantage.
- Strong academic background
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience for IIT-JEE Chemistry.
- Experience in reputed schools or coaching institutes is preferred.
Key Skills
- Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Expertise in IIT-JEE syllabus and exam pattern.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
