We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and result-oriented Chemistry Faculty to train students preparing for IIT (Main & Advanced) examinations. The candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students for competitive excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Teach Chemistry (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic) for JEE Main & JEE Advanced.
• Develop structured lesson plans aligned with the latest JEE syllabus.
• Deliver classroom, online, or hybrid sessions with conceptual clarity.
• Solve advanced-level numerical and application-based problems.

2. Content Development

• Prepare high-quality study material, assignments, and practice sheets.
• Create mock tests and analyze question trends from previous years.
• Design revision modules and crash courses.
• Develop digital content (recorded lectures, quizzes, PDFs) if required.

3. Student Mentoring & Performance Tracking

• Monitor student progress through regular tests.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and personalized mentoring.
• Guide students on exam strategy, time management, and accuracy improvement.
• Identify weak areas and provide targeted improvement plans.

4. Examination & Result Orientation

• Stay updated with JEE pattern changes and NTA guidelines.
• Train students in advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Prepare students for competitive pressure and exam temperament.

Required Qualifications

• M.Sc./Ph.D. in Chemistry from a recognized university.
• Strong academic background (preferably high percentile/qualified in IIT-JEE, NET, GATE, etc.).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IIT-JEE coaching (preferred).

Required Skills

• Deep conceptual understanding of JEE Chemistry syllabus.
• Strong command over Physical Chemistry numericals.
• Excellent communication and board presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Student engagement and motivation skills.

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience in reputed IIT-JEE coaching institutes.
• Proven track record of producing top ranks.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and LMS tools.
