Job Description:

oriJEEn Academy is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Chemistry Faculty to teach Foundation and JEE Mains batches. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify concepts for students preparing for competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Chemistry to Foundation and JEE Mains students.
• Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, and test papers.
• Conduct regular tests and performance analysis.
• Mentor students academically and help improve problem-solving abilities.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth syllabus completion.
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in JEE/Foundation level Chemistry.

✅ Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc from a reputed or premier institute.

✅ Strong conceptual understanding and communication skills.

✅ Familiarity with basic Bengali language is preferred.

✅ Passion for teaching and long-term commitment towards academic excellence.
