Role Description
The Chemistry Faculty role at The IITian's Hub is a full-time, on-site position based in Bathinda (Punjab) School Project . The faculty member will plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lectures and problem-solving sessions for learners preparing for competitive exams and school-level curricula. Daily responsibilities include designing and updating lesson plans, creating assessment materials, evaluating learner performance, and providing individualized academic support. The role also involves collaborating with other faculty members to align course content, participating in curriculum development, and contributing to doubt-clearing sessions, test discussions, and mentoring activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong subject knowledge in Chemistry, with particular depth in Physical Chemistry.
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and instructional planning for exam-focused and concept-based learning.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to stay updated with syllabus changes, examination patterns, and best teaching practices.
- Relevant academic qualification in Chemistry (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; higher qualifications are an advantage).
- Prior teaching or coaching experience for board examinations or competitive exams such as JEE/NEET is highly beneficial.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, manage classroom dynamics, and support diverse learning styles.
- Strong communication skills, professional behavior, and commitment to learner success and continuous improvement.
Salary
Salary is Rs 50,000/- Per Month with Food and Bachelors Accommodations.
