Role Description
The Chemistry Faculty will be responsible for conducting engaging classroom sessions, developing curriculums, and guiding students in preparation for competitive exams such as IIT JEE, CET, and NEET. The role also involves providing individualized academic support and crafting lesson plans tailored to students' needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hubli, requiring the ability to help students achieve excellence in Chemistry, specifically with a focus on Physical Chemistry.
Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry with expertise in areas such as Physical Chemistry.
- Skills in curriculum development and the ability to tailor educational content to diverse learner needs.
- Experience in conducting research to enhance teaching methodologies and materials.
- Ability to mentor and support students preparing for various competitive exams like IIT JEE, CET, and NEET.
- Passion for education and a strong commitment to making knowledge accessible and impactful.
- Relevant teaching experience or an advanced degree in Chemistry, education, or a related field is advantageous.
