Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Chemistry Educator. The Chemistry Educator will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective instruction, and conducting regular assessments. The educator will also mentor students for board exams and competitive exams like IIT-JEE and NEET, ensuring a clear understanding of fundamental chemistry concepts and their applications. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methodologies and learning resources.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning, creating structured and outcome-driven academic curricula
- Strong background in Education, with a focus on chemistry and related subjects
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey concepts to students and parents
- Experience and skills in Teaching and Training students for both academic and competitive exams
- Adaptability to different learning needs and commitment to fostering conceptual understanding
- Proven expertise in engaging with CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/IB board curriculums and competitive exam requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field; B.Ed. qualification is a plus
- Prior experience teaching at secondary or higher secondary levels is strongly preferred
