Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Sales & Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HVAC system sales through effective design solutions, client engagement, and a deep understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
HVAC System Design:
- Develop comprehensive HVAC system designs based on client specifications, building codes, and energy efficiency requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate HVAC solutions seamlessly into building plans.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC market.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our HVAC solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and consultation during the sales process to address client needs and concerns.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client requirements and proposing customized HVAC solutions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of HVAC designs.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to ensure proper installation and functionality.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in HVAC systems.
