Chemical Engineer – Technology Transfer
Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat (Base) | PAN India Travel Required
Experience: 3-5 Years
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Technology Transfer, Process Scale-Up, or Plant Operations.
- B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in Agrochemicals, Fine Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, APIs, or Contract Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of pilot plant operations, process scale-up, reactor-based synthesis, and technology transfer.
- Experience with contract manufacturing/job work is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of GPCB/PCB compliance, ETP operations, CAPA, RCA, and plant documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute technology transfer from laboratory to commercial manufacturing.
- Manage pilot plant trials, process optimization, and plant scale-up activities.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturing partners and production teams.
- Monitor manufacturing operations, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare technical reports, CAPA, RCA, and site assessment documentation.
- Support commissioning, manufacturing, and continuous process improvement across multiple sites.
