Currylane Kitchen is hiring skilled Indian Chefs to join our team in Oakland, California (USA) under the O-2 Visa program, working alongside our O-1 Head Chef.
This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise, work in a professional kitchen, and build a rewarding career in the United States.
We're Hiring Chefs with Expertise In:
✅ Indian Curries
✅ Tandoor
✅ Indian Chaat
✅ Indian Sweets (Halwai)
What You'll Do
✅ Prepare authentic Indian cuisine with exceptional quality and consistency.
✅ Work closely with an internationally recognized O-1 Head Chef.
✅ Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
✅ Support menu development and introduce new culinary ideas.
✅ Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Who Should Apply?
✔️ Minimum 8 years of experience in Indian kitchen operations.
✔️ Expertise in one or more of the above specialties.
✔️ Experience in premium restaurants, hotels, or catering operations preferred.
✔️ Passion for authentic Indian cuisine and willingness to work in the USA.
