E-Commerce Coordinator

Mahwah, NJ | Full-Time | Onsite

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations across major retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update product listings across various platforms (Walmart, Target, BestBuy, Home Depot, Shopify, TikTok)
• Support dropship processes and help monitor inventory levels
• Assist with pricing updates and adjustments
• Maintain and organize our product reviews database
• Respond to internal and external email inquiries related to inventory and product information
• Enter and manage inventory updates through our system
• Complete ad hoc tasks as needed to support e-commerce operations

This is a detail-oriented role with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organization. You'll be working behind the scenes to keep product information consistent, current, and optimized across all digital channels.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic Excel skills (e.g. sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
• A proactive and organized mindset
• 1-3 years prior e-commerce experience
• Ability to work independently
