Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie specializing in South Indian cuisine, located at the Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting authentic South Indian dishes, ensuring quality and consistency. Daily responsibilities include supervising cooking operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative menus. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to lead by example, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a focus on authentic South Indian cuisine
- Strong Culinary Skills, ensuring quality and creativity in menu offerings
- Commitment to maintaining Hygiene and adhering to food safety standards
- Excellent Communication skills, fostering effective collaboration within the team
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the culinary field is preferred
- A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is an advantage
- Passion for culinary innovation and delivering memorable dining experiences
