Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie - Pastry at our Bengaluru location. The Chef De Partie - Pastry will oversee the preparation and production of high-quality pastries and desserts, following established recipes and presentation standards. Responsibilities include ensuring hygiene and safety compliance in the kitchen, assisting in menu innovation, managing inventory and supplies, and training junior kitchen staff to maintain Theobroma’s standards of excellence.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Food Preparation, Cooking, and excellent Culinary Skills.
  • Strong understanding and adherence to Hygiene and safety standards.
  • Effective Communication skills to lead, train, and coordinate with kitchen staff.
  • Prior experience in a pastry or bakery environment is strongly preferred.
  • Certification or diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or related fields.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multitasking efficiently.
  • Creative flair for pastry presentation and flavor combinations is an added advantage.
