Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie specializing in Garde Manger, Indian Curry, South Indian, and Tandoor, located in Bengaluru. The Chef De Partie is responsible for preparing and cooking dishes with precision within their specialized section while ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Collaborating with the kitchen team, planning and managing daily food production, and training junior staff are key aspects of the role. The role also requires consistent adherence to food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills in Garde Manger, Indian Curry, South Indian, and Tandoor cuisine
- Strong knowledge of kitchen Hygiene protocols and food safety standards
- Excellent Communication skills to work effectively within a dynamic kitchen team
- Ability to train and mentor junior chefs while directly contributing to food production
- Formal culinary education or equivalent professional experience is a strong plus
- Knowledge of kitchen tools and modern cooking techniques is an advantage
